We want to make your experience at Elements Studio as smooth as possible. Here are answers to some of the most common questions about our classes, memberships, and facilities.

General Questions

Yes, we recommend booking in advance as classes can fill up quickly. This also allows our teachers to focus on creating a connected and welcoming experience for everyone. You can book through our app or website.

We ask that you bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and towel. If you don’t have a mat, hire mats are available for $2.

We recommend trying all our classes and going at your own pace. Our teachers provide layered options, so you can choose what feels best for you. If you’d like to start slow, our Align Yoga class is great for beginners, focusing on foundational movements. For a relaxing practice, Yin Yoga is a great option.

Yoga Style

Dynamic, flowing sequences that build strength, flexibility, and balance. Move with your breath and experience a flow that varies with each instructor’s unique style and sequencing. This class offers something for everyone, with varying intensity levels that make it accessible for all abilities.

A quiet, meditative practice that focuses on long, deep holds in passive seated and lying poses. Typically, poses are held for three to five minutes, allowing for mindful muscle relaxation that targets the connective tissue, joints, and deeper layers of fascia. Yin yoga is an excellent complement to more active practices like Vinyasa, strength training, running, or cycling. It also helps offset stress and bring balance to busy bodies.

A slower-paced, beginner-friendly class focused on proper alignment and building a strong foundation. Align Yoga incorporates props and detailed instructions to refine your technique. It’s perfect for beginners and seasoned practitioners who want to improve their form and posture.

Experience a modified version of the traditional Ashtanga series. This class features a set sequence of poses that are linked with breath, creating a rhythmic flow. While designed for those with prior yoga experience, it’s a great class for anyone looking for a meditative and steady-paced practice.

Membership & Pricing

Yes. We offer a 2-Week Intro Pass for new students, allowing you to explore different class styles before committing.

Memberships can be placed on hold for a minimum of 2 weeks. Single-week holds aren’t available. Please note that hold time doesn’t count toward your 12-week minimum commitment — it’s based on 12 payments, not calendar weeks.

After the initial 12-week period, you’re welcome to cancel anytime with 2 payments’ notice. Just send us an email at hello@breathingexerciseslok.top and we’ll take care of it from there.

Studio & Facilities

Yes. Our studio has unisex bathrooms equipped with showers, hair dryers, and premium amenities for your convenience.

  • Ample street parking is available in front of the studio (free from 7 PM – 7 AM and on weekends). Outside these hours, a small council fee applies, payable via the meters. Walker or Nile Street is the cheapest at $2.80.
  • South City Square offers 3 hours of free parking, followed by a short walk to the studio.
  • Coles Woolloongabba provides 2 hours of free parking, followed by a short walk to the studio.

Infrared Sauna & Massage

Yes. Sauna sessions and massages must be booked in advance. You can book through the Services tab on our website or via the app to secure your preferred time.

Our sauna is located within the change rooms, tucked around the corner for semi-private use. We recommend wearing yoga wear or swimwear. Please bring two towels—one to sit on in the sauna and another for showering. Hire towels are available for $2.
