Yin

A quiet, meditative practice that focuses on long, deep holds in passive seated and lying poses. Typically, poses are held for three to five minutes, allowing for mindful muscle relaxation that targets the connective tissue, joints, and deeper layers of fascia. Yin yoga is an excellent complement to more active practices like Vinyasa, strength training, running, or cycling. It also helps offset stress and bring balance to busy bodies.
